MORE ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
CrossFit programming customized to our young athletes between the ages of 13 and 17. Our professional coaches help prepare each participant for their specific sport by providing workouts designed to improve their speed, power development, strength, agility and endurance. Our workouts also place a huge emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation. You can expect your athlete to feel prepared both physically and mentally for their next sports season.
Introduce teenagers to functional movements and foundational exercises to build strength, coordination, and mobility
Empower young athletes to push past their limits and achieve personal milestones, boosting self-esteem and resilience
Learn proper form and technique for weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercises under the guidance of experienced coaches
